How booking works

1. 1 Pick a package and a time on the booking page. Weekends 9 AM to 9 PM, weekday evenings after 5, at least a day ahead.
2. 2 Tick the box for the booking terms and pay half as a deposit. Apple Pay, Google Pay or card.
3. 3 You get a confirmation email with everything, and reminders two days and one day before.
4. 4 Pay the other half on the day.

Need to move or change it?

Deposits are non-refundable, even if you cancel early. If you can't make it, move it instead: as many times as you need, for free, with at least 24 hours notice. You can also switch to a different package. Bigger means you pay the deposit difference when you switch. Smaller means you owe less on the day (the deposit isn't refunded). Flash sale times can move but can't switch packages.
