Privacy Policy

What I collect

• When you message or email me: your name, how to reach you, and what you tell me about the shoot.
• When you book online: your name, email, phone number, Instagram handle if you give it, the time and package, any notes or location you add, a record that you agreed to the booking terms (when, and which version), and your confirmation that you're 18 or older or a parent or guardian booking. Card details go straight to Stripe and never reach me.
• When you apply to a model call or join the waitlist: what the form asks for, including your date of birth, Instagram handle, rough location, availability, ideas, and any reference photos you upload.
• When you request a concert shoot: your name, email, band, show date, venue and notes.
• Photos from your session.
• Anonymous visit data from Google Analytics (rough region, device type, pages visited). It doesn't tell me who you are.

How I use it

To reply to you, plan and run your shoot, take your deposit, put the session on my calendar, send your confirmation and reminders, deliver your photos, keep a record of what you agreed to, and see which pages people use so I can improve the site.

Who sees it

Me. For model calls, sometimes one or two people who help me run a round, such as an assistant or a member of my creative team. They see only what they need to help choose and plan, have to keep it confidential, and keep no copy of their own. The services below handle data for me so the site works. I don't sell anything to anyone, and I share only what the law requires beyond that.

Services I rely on

Netlify (hosts the site and its forms), Stripe (payments), Supabase (stores bookings), Google Workspace (my email, including booking emails, calendar, files and spreadsheets), Google Analytics (anonymous visits). Each has its own privacy policy.

AI tools

I use AI-assisted software, including Anthropic's Claude, for office work like drafting email, organising bookings and applications, and building this website. I cut your information down to what the task needs, remove identifying details where I can, and keep every training setting switched off. No software decides who gets booked; I make every decision myself. Tell me in writing that you don't want your information put into any AI tool and I'll honour it from then on, at no cost and with no effect on your booking. Your photos are never used to train AI.

Email list

If you sign up for first dibs on flash sales, from a form on the site or the box at checkout, I keep your email address, how you signed up, and the exact words you agreed to. I email the list a few times a year about sales and new dates. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and Gmail and Apple Mail's own unsubscribe button works too. Unsubscribing takes you off straight away and keeps you off: it's recorded both in the booking database and in my own spreadsheet, and both are checked before anything is sent, so nobody is added back by mistake. The same goes for the model call waitlist emails.

How long I keep it

• Model call applications and waitlist entries, including uploaded photos: kept until you ask me to delete them, because I run calls several times a year and go back to past applications when a concept suits someone. If you applied before 9 September 2026, the six month deletion promise you saw then still applies to you.
• Booking and payment records: seven years, for tax records.
• Email list: until you unsubscribe. After that I keep only the fact that you unsubscribed, so you're never added back by mistake.
• Messages, emails and concert requests: as long as we're working together and for my own records after.
• Session photos: as set out in the booking terms.

Your choices

Ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you, ask me not to use your information in AI tools, or ask that photos of you stay out of public use. Email hello@chedeuxx.com and I'll handle it promptly without asking why. I'll keep only what the law makes me keep, such as payment records.

Under 18

I don't take online bookings or model call applications from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian books for them, and the parent or guardian's details are the ones stored.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits anonymously. Stripe sets its own cookies on the payment page to prevent fraud. You can block cookies in your browser settings or with a tracker blocker and the site still works.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. The version on this page is the current one.
