Information I collect

• Contact details you send me, such as your name, email address and the message you write when you reach out or book.
• Session details we agree on, such as dates, locations and the package you choose.
• The photos I take during your session, which I store so I can edit and deliver your gallery.
• Basic usage data about how visitors move through this site, collected through Google Analytics. It includes your approximate region, your device type and the pages you visit, and it does not include your name or email address.
• The IP address your form submission arrives from, which the form host records automatically. It is not copied into my spreadsheet and I do not use it for anything.

How I use it

I use your information to reply to you, plan and deliver your session, send your gallery, and keep records of our booking. I also use anonymous analytics to understand which pages are useful so I can improve the site.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics to measure page views and general traffic. It sets a cookie that records your approximate region, your device type and the pages you visit. It does not tell me your name or your email address, though it is not strictly anonymous either, since the cookie recognises the same browser across visits. You can block cookies in your browser settings or use a tracker blocker if you prefer, and nothing on this site will work any differently.

Services I rely on

To run chedeuxx I use a few trusted providers, including a website host, a scheduling tool for bookings, an email provider, and Google Analytics. These providers only handle the information needed to do their job, and each has its own privacy policy.

Some of my office work also runs through AI-assisted tools, including Claude, for things like drafting emails and keeping applications organized. Model training is switched off, your details are cut down to what the job needs, your photographs are never put into them, and Section 18 of the contract sets out exactly where AI is and is not used, including in the editing.

Sharing

I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with anyone except the service providers above who help me deliver your session. I may share information if the law requires it.

The model call form and the waitlist

If you apply through the model call at /models, the form collects your name, date of birth, email, Instagram handle, rough location, which concepts you are up for, your experience and when you are free. It also collects a short introduction, any outfit thoughts you add, and the reference photos you upload. Those photos are shrunk in your browser before they are sent, are used only to decide whether to invite you to a shoot, are never published, and are deleted on the same schedule as the rest of the application. The waitlist form, which appears on the same page between rounds, collects your name, email, Instagram handle and anything you choose to add.

It is captured by the form host, emailed to me, and kept in a private spreadsheet in my own Google account so I can track who applied and what I said back. You are also emailed a short confirmation automatically, so you know it arrived.

Who reads it: me, and sometimes one or two people who help me run a round, such as a shoot assistant or someone on my creative team. They see it so they can help choose and plan, they are asked to keep it to themselves, and they do not keep their own copy. Nobody outside that sees it. It is never published, never sold, and never used to market anything to you. Being on the waitlist means I email you when there is a shoot, and only then.

How long I keep it: indefinitely, unless you ask me to delete it. I run rounds several times a year and I go back through old applications when a concept suits somebody who applied before, so I keep them rather than clearing them out on a timer. That includes the photos you upload.

One exception, and it goes the other way. If you applied before 9 September 2026 you were told your application would be deleted six months after that round closed. That is what you were promised, so that is what happens to your application, automatically, whatever this page says now. Indefinite retention applies to applications sent from 9 September 2026 onwards.

Deleting is one email and I do it promptly, without asking why. Say the word and your application, your photos and everything attached to them are gone from my spreadsheet and from the form host. If you would rather I kept your details but not your photos, ask for that instead and I will do exactly that.

Keeping your data

Model call applications are kept indefinitely, as described above, and deleted whenever you ask. Messages and booking records for paid work I keep for as long as I need them for our working relationship and my own records. You can ask me to delete your details at any time, and I will unless I am required to keep them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you, and you can ask me to keep your session photos out of public use. Just send me a message and I will take care of it.
