1. Booking and payment

A session is confirmed once we have agreed on a date, time and package. For some dates I may ask for a small deposit to hold your slot, with the balance due on or before the day of the shoot. Prices are set per package and any add ons are agreed in writing before we shoot.

2. Rescheduling and cancellations

Life happens. If you need to move your session, let me know as early as you can and I will do my best to find a new date. Deposits are usually transferable to a rescheduled shoot but are not refundable if you cancel at the last minute, since that time was held for you. Outdoor shoots may be moved for weather at no extra cost.

3. Your session

Please arrive on time so we can use the full session. If you are running late the shoot may still end at the scheduled time. You are responsible for anyone you bring to the shoot and for choosing locations that are safe and open to the public or that you have permission to use.

4. Image delivery

After the shoot I select and edit the strongest frames and deliver a private online gallery. Turnaround depends on the season and the size of the shoot, and I will give you an estimate when we book. Raw or unedited files are not part of a standard package.

5. Copyright and usage

I keep the copyright to the photos I create. When your gallery is delivered, you get a personal license to view, download, print and share your images for personal, non commercial use. Reselling the images or using them for a brand or business promotion is not included unless we agree to it separately.

I may use selected images from your session in my portfolio, on social media and on this site. If you would prefer that your photos stay private, tell me before or shortly after the shoot and I will keep them out of public use.

6. Liability

I take good care of every shoot, but I am not liable for circumstances outside my control, such as weather, venue issues or equipment failure. In the rare case that I cannot deliver a session, my responsibility is limited to refunding what you have paid for that session.

7. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here at the time you book is the one that applies to your session.
